• Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026 – Introduce a smoke-free generation by generation by gradually phasing out the sale of tobacco products across the country by making it illegal to sell smoking products to anyone born after 2009. More info
• Rare Cancers Act 2026 – Aims to incentivise research and investment into the treatment of rare types of cancer. More info
• Sustainable Aviation Fuel Act 2026 – Aims to regulate and encourage the use of sustainable aviation fuels across the aviation sector. More info
• Industry and Exports (Financial Assistance) Act 2026 –  Amends section 8(5) of the Industrial Development Act 1982 and section 6 of the Export and Investment Guarantees Act 1991. More info
• Supply and Appropriation (Anticipation and Adjustments) Act 2026 – Authorise the use of resources for the years ending with 31 March 2025, 31 March 2026, and 31 March 2027. More info
• Universal Credit (Removal of Two Child Limit) Act 2026 – Aims to remove the two child limit on the child element of universal credit. More info
• House of Lords (Hereditary Peers) Act 2026 – Aims to eliminate the remaining connection between hereditary peerage and membership in the House of Lords, ending the automatic right of hereditary peers to sit and vote in Parliament. More info
• Animal Welfare (Import of Dogs, Cats and Ferrets) Act 2025 – Aims to restrict the importation and non-commercial movement of dogs, cats and ferrets. More info
• Medical Training (Prioritisation) Act 2026 – Aims to manage the allocation of medical training places in the UK, responding to increasing competition from overseas-trained doctors and a shortage of training posts for UK graduates. More info
• Dogs (Protection of Livestock) (Amendment) Act 2025 – Increases powers for investigation of suspected offences and changes the law about the offence of livestock worrying. More info  
• Space Industry (Indemnities) Act 2025 – Aims to enhance the legal framework for commercial spaceflight in the UK. More info
• Unauthorised Entry to Football Matches Act 2026 – Creates an offence of unauthorised entry at football matches for which a football banning order can be imposed following conviction. More info

• Sentencing Act 2026 – Aims to reduce reoffending, ease pressure on the prison system, and improve public confidence in sentencing. More info
• Biodiversity Beyond Nation Jurisdiction Act 2026 – Implements the international agreement on conserving and sustainably using marine biodiversity in areas beyond national jurisdiction. More info
• Secure 16 to 19 Academies Act 2026 –  Includes provisions for the notice period for the termination of funding agreements, the Secretary of State’s duty to consider the impact on existing educational institutions when establishing or expanding a secure 16 to 19 academy, and alterations to the consultation question required for such proposals. • Licensing Hours Extensions Act 2026- amends the Licensing Act 2003 so that licensing hours Orders can be made by negative resolution statutory instrument. More info
